By registering for the Nova Europa Trial Access program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Non-Refundable Payment
   All payments made for registration, including the $70 trial fee, are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Eligibility
   This program is open to young players aged 16–23. All applicants must provide truthful and accurate information during registration.

3. Required Documents
   Participants are responsible for submitting all required documents for the visa sponsorship process. Nova Europa Academy provides guidance but is not responsible for collecting or correcting incomplete applications.

4. Visa Responsibility Disclaimer
   While we offer visa sponsorship support, we do not guarantee visa approval. Final visa decisions are made by the embassy, and we are not liable for rejections due to missing documents or other factors beyond our control.

5. Disqualification
   Failure to meet requirements, submit documents on time, or provide accurate information may result in disqualification from the program without refund.

6. Program Changes
   Nova Europa Academy reserves the right to modify dates, locations, or details of the football trial based on availability, weather, or unforeseen conditions.

7. Code of Conduct
   All participants are expected to act respectfully and professionally throughout the program. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may lead to removal from the program.
